DHL Iran is currently seeking to hire IT Systems Administrator

The Role

Administrative support role to handle tasks that gather service data, administer service reporting tools, service catalog maintenance, assemble and corporate service reports and any other tasks that assist IT Service Management efforts 
Administers and maintains infrastructure devices such as servers, hosts and networking devices to ensure proper operation and availability

 Plan, coordinate, and implement complex network projects and changes to meet the challenges and requirements of the business
 Act as technical expert in the design and implementation of telecommunications solutions to Support he Service Centers’ telecommunications infrastructure
 Maintain and administer network and servers within the organization including hardware, systems / applications software, and all configurations
 Monitor/control performance of the WAN links and work with external suppliers to solve the possible issues
 Assist and solve end users to access the incident management system to log incidents
Identify and work to resolve potentially service impacting issues on the core network infrastructure
 Troubleshooting of advanced routing and switching issues at both a backbone-wide level

Requirements 

Bachelor degree in IT
Good understanding of TCP/IP
 Good communication and team working skills
MCITP and CCNP RS certified is preferred
 Industry certifications like JNCIA, JNCIP, ITIL are advantages
 Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
 Good knowledge in troubleshooting switching, routing, WAN network optimization and voice technology
 At least 2 years’ experience in the related field
